With the above acquisition of shares, shareholding of Sumitomo Corporation has risen to 56,12, 953, which represents 53.52% of the paid-up Capital of the Company and Punjab Tractors Ltd. has thus NIL shareholding and henceforth ceases to be Shareholder and Promoter of the Company.
